Talk to the team.
LoopOps runs its own improvement loop on itself — so the fastest way to reach us is the product's feedback lane: it lands as telemetry in our loop, gets clustered, and becomes work.
Feedback, bugs & requests — in product
Signed in? Use the Feedback button in the console — typed or spoken. From a connected coding agent, call loopops_feedback. Both land in our own loop: negative feedback becomes a bug candidate, a directional ask becomes an idea candidate whose text is the spec.
Production access & pilots
Sandbox projects are self-serve (/start). For a production tenant, a DPA, or a security-review question, file a request via loopops_feedback with category "access" — it routes to us with your project attached, so the follow-up has context.
Code-shaped things
The agent plugin and skill live on GitHub. The machine-readable version of this page is at /contact.json.
What not to expect (alpha honesty)
No support SLA yet, no phone line, no sales team. You are talking to the people building it, through the tool they build with. Response times are human, not contractual.
